We guarantee to find a quality tenant for your rental home in less than 21 days, or the first 2 months of management fees are waived!
If a screened tenant placed by LRES ever has to be evicted for Non-Payment of Rent, Liberty Real Estate Services will cover the costs associated with the process to evict the tenant up to $5,000.
We promise to produce results, we get paid when you get paid!
If for any reason you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you can cancel you management agreement without penalty.
LRES will pay for damages exceeding the security deposit caused by approved pets up to $1,000.
